Center Console Organizer on ebay

Anybody with the center console unit (or black hole) has been frustrated with the lack of design. I thought about designing somthing my self, but found this on ebay.

Dimensions listed seem a lot smaller than the item appears. I emailed the seller bu they could not give e more info since it is sold directly throught the manufacturer.

I can't figure out how to paste the picture of it here but the photo is in my album directory and the item number on ebay is 4832358490.

This might work!

That thing is tiny. I think the size given is correct. Notice the Very small items they put in it. Way overpriced. Try Wal-Mart, Target, or Pepboys for cheaper solutions.

I use a large Wal-Mart black folding cloth 'thingy' behind my drivers seat to keep cameras, coats, purses, etc. from going under the seat. I've also got three different sized 'CD' cases that would work well, look better than the add. All three of them combined cost less than the auction. I've seen several junk holders that would work fine in the XLT console, and cost 5-7 bucks each.

To organize my center console I bought a desk drawer organizer from Wal-Mart. Works great and only cost like a buck.

that is actually bigger than it looks....I bought on thinking that it would fit in the consol and it now sits in my backseat because it won't fit.

It would be nice if it did though.

I now use desk drawer organizers as well.

Center Console

efexfour:
I also got fed up with the useless middle seat and things sliding off or down between the seats. I made a 3" deep box with a flip top lid that ends up right at seat level so I can still flop the armrest down with 2-3'" clearance under the armrest. Used scrap wood and painted it black to match the seats as a test to see how it works. So far it works out good.

Update

Found the product on Case Logics Website. Product dimensions are 13.5D X 9W X 8.25H.

I'm going to check and see if it fits.

I have seen the other suggestions here but this seems like it would work well.

Check Wal Mart... I saw the same things there, and once you pay shipping, Im pretty sure they have them there for cheaper or the same price, plus you can inspect them hands on ...

Im in Canada so the could only be here though I guess...

I'm sure it won't surprise many people here, but I built my own. It works very well for me. As always, click photo below and navigate around. Mods->Functional->Console divider->Mod Notes

If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy....

I have the same one that I took out of my 01 Navigator to try it in the 04 Screw. That thing is way too big for the Screw! It worked perfect in the Navi, though. I did buy an extra center console on eBay for like $30 not too long ago and have been thinking about using it as a victim of some custom fiberglass work for a center console project. I think you may have just inspired me! I'll let you guys know how it works out and post some pics.
