There is a welding shop locally I am going to have to get a quote from and see what they'll do it for. I want a budget system with a decent compressor @ 150psi and horns at 150db+. Any idea what the level of those K3LA's are at in decibels?

No need to weld up a fancy mount for the compressor....
I have mine mounted in a plastic box on the roof lol

Well, there's a big discrepancy when it comes to measuring these horns in db's :o
Most of the basic systems sold today that claim to hit 150db+ won't hit anywhere near it
The K3LA's will hit 148db measured at 1/3rd band octave at 1 meter with the #1 Bell tuned to 311Hz, the #2 Bell tuned to 370Hz and the 4A Bell tuned to 494Hz....
In other words, budget based horns are Holy $h!t Loud
Real train horns are $h!tYerPants Loud

I'm very seriously thinking about doing something like this. In the past 3 days, 8 idiots have literally pulled right out in front of me either on the highway or in a parking lot. If I have to hit the brakes this hard all the time to keep from hitting them, then I want them to stop at Target to get something to clean up the pee of their seats.

If you have the means, go with an actual Loco horn from either Nathan/AirChime or Leslie
Here's a nice K3 install on an F150

If real Loco horns are out of your budget, the HB 4-horn set is the next best thing

They're the best horns for the money IMHO
If you decide to get them, contact Matt at HornBlasters and be sure to mention the video
(he'll hook you up bigtime)
Wow.. that green giant sounds amazing..
I gotta do this. I'm with F150 Duke.. I can't stand the old people anymore.
I met a guy up in TN that had something similiar in his 05 150.. Was amazing. LOVED it.

Yeah, the wiring is a piece of cake...
I complicated things a little with my install cause I used automatic cooling fans, a weatherproof trailer lighting plug for easy removal and switching relays so I could use the steering wheel buttons for both the stock horn and/or the HB horns and will also add another switching relay when I install the K3's, but it was still very straight forward...

Just be sure to use proper gauge wiring and heatshrink on every connection...

Well, unless you want to turn your vehicle into a honking rig like the ones asinatra posted, you'll most likely want a stealthy install...
Any location that's clear of moving parts will be fine...
I mounted mine behind the grill
You can mount the horns in any direction you want cause you won't really notice a differece in sound (they're THAT loud), but the optimum position is facing down towards the ground for an omni-directional sound that you can really feel
The tank is pretty much weather proof, but the compressor is only weather resistant and shouldn't be mounted where it can possibly be submerged....
There's also a remote air cleaner assembly that should be mounted somewhere free of moisture....
Just remember the compressor needs to be mounted close the tank because it has a pre-fitted braided steel line that's kinda short (like 15 inches)...
Also, the compressor shouldn't be mounted upside down because as the excess heat rises, it won't be cooled by the fins of the cylinder head....

Here is how I mounted my horns, tank and compressor:
The horns are under the radiator between the cross member and airdamn..aimed toward the passengers side.
I mounted the compressor under the drivers side headlight using a custom bracket (you have to take the headlight out to get to it):
And I mounted the tank beside the filter on my Airaid. Like stated above it needs to be real close to the compressor because of the fitted line. I went with a 1 gallon tank so it would fit here:
