Angry Seat Belt Minder

i have a 05 scab 150 and i want to turn off the seat belt minder.. I have gone though all the steps and its still not off. After doing all the steps i can click it put it in drive and then unbluckle and it wont keep dinging. But what i want to do is turn it completly off, both driver and passanger.. Anyone know how???? Please i can stand this damn thing .


also how can i put a pic/text at the bottem on my threads when i post??

Read the manual and redo the steps. It works, I disabled both drivers and passenger bely chime on mine.

I went through process and it works. Chek and make sure you wait for light to go off and follow steps and do both sides

I was waiting for this

I am going to do mine tomorrow. I always buckle up (being a VOL Fire/Rescue person I know the lifes they save), but can't force passengers to (unless it is my wife) so I am doing the passenger side one if it will allow me to only do that side

If my passengers choose to ride without one, they can find another ride.....pretty simple. Not wearing a seatbelt is one of the stupidest things you can do this day and time.

Watch this video for the heck of it if you want an example.....

I do not need an example, but thanks. I can't tell adults to wear their seat belt in my truck if they do not want to, simple as that. I suggest it to everyone that rides with me. Different strokes for different folks. But this is besides the threads point.

I've been buckling up for so long it's a HABIT, a good one at that BUT I don't need a stupid 'chime' to remind me. The chime doesn't automatically mean the occupant will buckle up.
