Has anyone NOT had warrante issues?

...on a truck with more than 20-25K?? Kinda like the war in Iraq, only the bad news makes the headlines. Just wondering what the percentage of good trucks are out there that are actually built Ford Tough. I know mined failed the test with the horrendous clunk from the drive shaft.

Doesnt the fact that you've completely dis-assembled it at least twice count for something?

In 14 months, under 9k miles my warranty work was a ticking fan blower. Very faint, but annoying on number two position.
That makes it the most reliable new vehicle I have ever owned.

I now have over 40,000 miles on the 04 XL 2wd 4.6L work beater with no issues at all. There is only one thing I should have takein it in for, water in the tail light, but its no big deal.

My other 04 XLT 4x4 5.4L truck has gone in once when new for a reflash and once for a blemish in the paint caused by the dealer or shipper.

No problems out of the new truck yet. My old truck a 2000 xlt with the 4.6 never had any warrenty issues and was a good truck until the trany problem at 96k when i traded it off for the new one.

1 year an 9000 miles,no problems, hasn't been back to the dealer. I couldn't be more pleased with it's performance and reliability.

36K, mainly highway miles, very limited towing, no off-road or hard driving. Taken in for the following:

Leaky 3rd light
Crappy AC Performance
Clunk in Rear End
Bed Side Replaced Due to Rust (Recall was performed as soon as the letter was received, but is was already beyond the point of repair.)
Major Oil Leak-Timing Chain Gasket Replaced
Squeaky Back Window

Next time it goes in to the dealership, it's for a trade in. This vehicle has been one of nicest driving and looking trucks I have ever owned. It just isn't making up for the crappy build quality anymore.
