Ford's About To Piss Me Off

Both suck but the hankooks are in a class or suck high above the rest.
The tires that come on the F-150 have sidewalls not even strong enough to hold the weight of a focus let along a F-150.
If you ever get a chance... I know some dealers stock tires in the waiting areas. If you see the kooks grab the sidewalls and twist them. Then grab any other truck tire there and you will be in shock how bad the kooks are.
yup...hancooks are worse than firestone wilderness A/T....soon f-150s will be rolling over if ford continues with the Hancooks, ( F-150 is better designed than the Explorer ) P rated tire Folks.....Type Hancook in the search form and remove them from your truck...
I could care less what Ford or anybody else wants or doesn't want distributed electronically, if I pay 30K for a vehicle, and I'm not getting good service, then I think you should use whatever you have for ammo to get results. I guess if Ford or Chevy, or whoever doesn't want their stuff made public, then maybe they shouldn't put it out there. If your Local dealership is giving you some flak and you can use a TSB or whatever to show them you are not some retard off of the street that doesn't do thier homework.....then more power to you.
just my 2cents.
just my 2cents.
I guess I am lucky, my dealer replaced my tires at 22,000 miles. All I told them was that it had a slight vibration. The Summerville Ford in Summerville SC has been great when I have taken my truck in. They are currently trying to get rid of the air conditioner musty smell.

And lets think about what has been said here and i support the service advisors call considering
Fact: Front tires are cupped.
ONLY the front tires show wear
IF they were rotated the rear would show signs as well.
From here we can assume the front tires were inflated too high, and therfor the customers fault.

As a matter of fact I checked my pressures on the way to the dealer just to ensure the tires were properly inflated & one was actually down 2 lbs.......Kinda shoots your theory all to hell huh???
You know what the first four letters of assume are right?????

Now it makes perfect sense!!!!

IMO, the service advisor should educate himself on Ford's TSB's before accusing me of not rotating my tires. He tried to put the blame on me from the second I started talking to him & then I find out there's a TSB isuued on this same exact matter..........
I've read what others have said about you, but couldn't understand why????
Now it makes perfect sense!!!!
He seems like one of those little man big ego type; alot of those that talk big online. I actually dont know why he hangs around this site, i guess he just gets a kick out of being a smart ***. (Neglected as a child) Wait he still is a kid

I'll put this in easy terms for you:
The service advisor doesn't want to eat the bill after FoMoCo denies the warranty claim because you have insufficient records of rotating your tires. Now if you had sufficient records to back up that you rotated your tires every 5000 miles (like stated in the manual), i dont think there would be a problem.

Let me put this in even easier terms for you.
Ford has issued a TSB regarding this issue. They are aware that it is happening & have given dealers instructions to rotate or replace the tires (based on tread depth) & to align the truck properly. If this was strictly due to my negligence, then why is Ford telling thier dealers to fix the problem??
I don't understand replying to messages when you don't have noything constructive to add.............but then again, there are people who have "power trips", even if it is behind a keyboard.....

Ok fellas, lets chill a little. It is Friday after all. Try not to get out of hand or this thread will probably end up closed by RP.
Side note, I've never gone to the dealer on my fixes and had them know about the TSB. I've been to three dealers, they just don't stay up-to-date with the TSBs. However, I just simply state my problem and that I read a TSB on an online reporter site and it addressed my problem. They look it up themselves and come to the conclusion on their own of what needs to be fixed then. That way they don't feel like I'm reaching over their heads and my truck is more likely to get fixed on time and correct.
Another side note, they did try and fix the headliner rattle but it has come back again.
