Detailing trick

For a little extra touch, spray inside the wheelwells (suspension, etc) with tire foam. It'll make your baby look like she just came from the factory in Dearborn.

if you check in the General Care area, you'll find you are not alone in this trick.

Those guys are pretty hard core on keeping theire trucks spiffy.

I've been doing that on my trucks for a while now. Pretty easy thing to do to make your truck look a lot better after a wash.

I'll admit,

I'm pretty **** about detailing. But if you want that ultimate touch, you need to go all out.

I've had more people make compliments and admire my '150 than ever did over my red Honda Accord.

LOL... red_candle needs to get up to the detailing forum a little more often...

I've been preaching this trick for several years now and consider it one of my biggest pet peeves when detailing. Trust me, my customers notice 'details' like this...

He's right, it is a critical step.

While this thread is totally unrelated to 2004/2005 'stuff', I'm going to leave it here as the folks up in GC&D have heard me say this enough. LOL!

Yep this is one of my complaints when someone thinks they clean their ride and the wheel wells are nasty.

I use hyper dressing in a one gallon pump spray made to spray weeds. I pump that sucker up and crawl all under my truck with it.
