You should buy a Nissan. Me, I'll stick w/ Ford.Ford is the toughest BTW.I look at the real world testing( trucks on the job sites)

I skipped GM because my two-year old Sierra was having problems that the dealership either couldn't find, or needed to order parts for (read - come back next weekend for us to fix it).

I drove a Toyota and liked it, but the "7/8's scale" quote I read somewhere is accurate. Plus I couldn't find the model I wanted and the local dealerships were not interested in selling it at a reasonable price.

I had a Nissan in the past and I'm not convinced Japan has a good understanding of how Americans use their trucks. Their truck is a great first generation...but it is still a first generation.

As for Dodge...I didn't like their interior, the size of the crew cab (about the same as my extended cab Sierra) and I think they're still having quality problems.

So when I sat in the Ford and test drove it, the decision was simple.

I did, and the frame on the Nissan is just as strong as the Ford. And I guess you missed the part where a company actually took apart the Ford frame and noticed it was actually weaker. Thinner metal than normal boxed frames. Interesting. Btw, they didn't compare the Nissan frame on that video if you actually watched it.
