Hasn't been a Wet Okole post in a while

well, there hasn't been a Wet Okole seat cover post in a while; usually they get a huge amount of interest in them when they come up on the board, and with the huge amount of new owners we've gotten in the last month...well, you know...

I've had Wet Okole's in the past and were verry happy with them. How dificult were they to intall on the back seats? I have a supercab and haven't found a way to get the backrest to come down. Where did you purchase them?

I got the half piping (grey trim bead) on mine, that added some money, plus a bottle of UV protectant, a bottle of wetsuit shampoo, and shipping put the whole deal at a little over $300.

Reg cab install isn't that bad, the rear seaters have a lot of messing around getting the seatback out so I hear.

Not sure if I 'had' to or not, but I took the trim from the seatbelt anchor on top of the seats off. I also loosened the pass side trim on the center armrest bracket. A piece of blunt yet thin plastic (a kitchen spatula works nicely) helps tuck the edges under the other trim pieces without removing them; just don't use something that will tear through them. Headrests come off very easily (the release is on the retaining ring opposite the adjusting button)

If memory serves me correctly (it was a few months ago) I messed around with it for about 2 hours, but that was over a couple beers and lollygagging a lot.

They look good. I wanted t get soem reviews on these.

$300 is not bad. I got to talk to my interior guy and see what he can come up with, otherwise I like the way those FX4 ones looked.

I am also thinking about buying these seat covers for my Lariat , a couple of ??

I know they are waterproof so how comfortable are they? do you sweat very much in them?
