Picked the car up, didn't hear the dash noise at all....
Service paper said loose wire loom.

Then this morning heading to work it returns. Its gotta be the dash rubbing against the windshield. Passenger side corner, if anyone has this same problem please let me know. Its a squeaky kind of sound.

go to the outside of the truck and tap on the wiper cowl and see if it is loose and making the noise you are hearing. I have the same problem.

This vibration will shake the solder joints of the main board in the PCM, causing them to vibrate loose, which will result in intermittant stalling and throttle lag.

Those tail gate straps are important!
All of the above happened to truck but my trailgate straps were ok, things that make me go hummmm.......................

Throttle Lag, I asked for a reflash he said it won't help and to get a Superchips tuner.

My dealer said that the Superchips Tuner will void the warranty. It is interesting that your dealer said to get one. My question is, will this void the warranty or is my dealer smokin crack?

Thumbs up

My Dealer reflashed the PCM for me without a problem, it did make a difference in throttle lag issue and didn't cost anything. This was the first reflash since build date of 12-03. Bob B.
