Dd you measure the front and rear? You say you have the 2" daystar, but you gallery says 2.5", which is correct? The pictures look very level, does it "look" like the front still sits lower? I was considering the autospring 1.5" which lets the front sit a "little" lower, since I don't like it to look too level. If the daystar 2" lets the front still look lower, I may go with that.

this autospring stuff is so confusing.... last i heard, there is no such autospring kit (1.5) its either 2" or 2.5".......

eitherway, i plan on getting the 2" autospring, heard nothing but good things about it and it leaves the rear about 1" higher than the front.

It's real simple. Call Auto Spring and tell them you want the 2" lift which is a 1 1/2" spacer. Not confusing at all.

The 2" kit uses a 1-5/8" spacer to get the 2" height change.

The 2-1/2" kit uses about a 1-3/4" spacer to raise the front end 2-1/2"

So do you have the 1.5" lift or the 2" lift? the 2" lift is 1 5/8" thick, the 1.5" is a little thinner. The 1.5" is still available, you simply need to ask for it. So does the 2"(1 5/8" spacer) leave the friont 1" lower in the front?

The Autospring 1 ½” kit measures 1 5/8” and it lifts the front end 2 ¼”

yes, as i posted before. Those with 2" spacer say rear is 1" higher!

and also, like i said.... this is a confusing topic because everyone thinks their right yet they all have different answers.

jpdadeo.... all i can say is check autosprings website. They have a link to their ebay sales. And just like i said on my last post they say the same thing in the description section.......

The 2" spacer is 1 5/8" thick, and the 2.5" is 1 3/4" thick!

Why would the 1.5" measure the same as the 2"?? Also, why would they call it a 1.5" kit if it lifts the truck 2"?? That makes it a 2" kit.

I got mine when they first came out back in May. I ordered the 1 ½” kit directly from Kevin at Autospring. The spacers he sent me measured 1 5/8” and gave me 2 ¼” of lift.

only thing i heard to go along with that is.....

they discontinued the 1.5" and now call it a 2" kit. Again, i heard this but don't know if its true myself.

The best thing to do is call Kevin at Autospring and question him on the spacer height verses the lift height. What I know for certain is that 2 ¼” of front end lift left the rear 1” higher than the front, which I think worked out perfect. I got a 2x4.

Exactly. If you really want to lift the front, CALL AUTO SPRING! They will get you what you want. I said my spacer was 1 1/2" thick. It was actually a little more than that. Maybe close to 1 5/8". Why do you find this so hard to understand? If a 2" lift is what you want, then the 1 1/2" spacer is what you need. Bottom line, My truck was originally 3 1/4" higher in the rear. I got the 1 5/8" thick spacer which raised the front 2 1/4" Now the rear is 1" higher than the front. I don't know what else to say if you can't understand this. These are real numbers that I measured before and after. If this is what you're looking for, CALL AUTO SPRING and tell them and they will get you what you need. Or you can keep questioning what you read on here.

Stock (before Auto Spring)

After 1 5/8" thick Auto Spring spacer

exactly, just call them!

before you know it, you'll have the 2" kit on the way to your door.

You're the one I addressed the above posts to. You're the one who says this is confusing. You're the one who needs to CALL.

ok smartazz, i said it's so confusing because everyone has a different response/answer to the same questions. I don't have to CALL anyone. I know what spacer i'm getting. It's sad i have to say the same thing so many times. One more time for you slow people......

GOTO THE AUTOSPRING WEBSITE, CHECK OUT THE LINK TO THEIR EBAY AUCTIONS. IT STATES THE SPACERS AND THEIR SIZES!

got it? any problems, call them up. Now move on and quit talking about this, just killing the guys thread by repeating same crap over and over. It's just like all the other autospring threads.
