Would someone show or tell me what type of turbo comes on the basic kit.

To "upgrade" a turbo to get get 15psi is bull****. Nearly all turbo's can alteast go 20psi. Alot go to 30psi+ before they are out of there effiency range.

Probably because of not enough exhaust energy. It Probably upgrades to a Ball Bearing unit. Heck a stock Garret 38 will produce 23lbs all day long with no problems. Move to a Gt ball bearing 38 and it's good up till 40lbs. So that makes me think that because of the turbo being so far away their is not a lot of exhaust energy left. I'm no engineer that's just what it sounds like to me. I just used the 38 for example because that's the only turbo I really have dealt with.

Most higher boost turboes have a larger caseing. They also usually take longer to spool up to full boost. Thus with a smaller tubo that has a lower boost level, you can achieve more efficient boost sooner.
