Supercharged/Turbocharged?

Probably been beaten to death with a stick, but is there any superchargers/turbo chargers for the 04-05 f-150 yet? pretty soon ill be in the market for a new truck again (had 03 f-150, MISS IT!!! now have 03 mustang) was thinking of getting lightning but to much snow around this area, so i figured new f-150 either supercab flareside with all the trimmings, or a supercrew with again all the trimmings, just wanted a little faster acceleration bascially, and yes i know the "Search button" is my friend.... but hey im to tired to go through it all, so someone else be my friend and give me a hand

I really like the way the whipple looks! Is it true that is the s/c that will be on the next lighting?

who knows, all i know is that the STS turbo will give you better gas mileage 1-2mpg...... and the engine has less strain on it like a S/C does with pulleys connected to it, plus turbo just sounds cooler

That is true. Turbo is the best way to go if you have the money!
But just how much money would a turbo system for our trucks run?

I can imagine it now, pulling up to some ricer, gunning it and him hearing MY BOV's and him pissing his pants!!!

Man I just talked myself into a turbo, just need to get a night job now!

dont expect to pay less than $4000 for a turbo setup and then you need tuning

STS turbo runs at a little under $4k......you get the complete system and the turbo you get can run up to 10psi i think.... Also if you do off roading or have winter months because its mounted further to the back instead of in the engine compartment.... STS has what they call a "Snorkle" which has the filter connected to it, you lose a LITTLE hp maybe 15 but not to bad..... i think it runs up to the fender so its up higher

So I plan on lifting my truck about 9 inches total on 37's. What would be the best setup, a turbo or supercharger? Or maybe just shoot some juice when I need it.
