Thumbs up AirForceOne Intake : Released!!!

This is the response I got from AirForceOne Performance about the intake for the 2004 5.4L-3v....

We are currently (finally!) in production of part number 16418. We expect
to ship them to our distributors in the next 4-6 weeks.

You will be able to order online from www.therevshop.com as soon as they're
available, or go to our site www.airforceoneperformance.com and click on
Dealers for a complete list of Where To Buy.

Have a great day!

I thought you said "released"? 4-6 weeks is a long ways away.

Released for production, 4-6 weeks in stock is much much better than still being in the R&D stage with release to production unknown!!

Please forgive me!!

I am waiting on that thing to come out. I am not buying my Tuner until that comes out so I can do it all together. 4 to 6 weeks isnt bad I guess. I can wait. Gives me time to save money.

I have the exhaust and will hopefully get the tuner by the end of this week or early next week, I am just waiting for them to ship. This will be the last of the mods, hopefully they have this so it wont throw any codes.

Is the AF1 suppose 2 be better than the Airaid, or just have flashy metal? Cause i like the Airaid look cause dosent look to flashy but way better than stock.

But havent heard much good about Airaid? Do you think this will be better or just a look for a different person?

no offence to anyone if i sound like a Jack

According to AF1's email back to me...they say I WONT be disappointed. Mike Troyer said the same thing about it. It is supposed to be the best for THIS vehicle. The AF1 might not be the best for another type of vehicle (Dodge, Chevy)...but it is supposed to tbe the best for the new F-150.

Of course AF1 isnt going to bash their product, but I trust Mike Troyer and I think think this is going to be kick @$$ !!!!
