Anyone ever try these?

See them sold on Ebay but not sure if they worked. Seems too cheap and easy for 20 horse!

Looks fishie... how can it work on 97-04 when the ECU & 5.4L are totally different for 04? If it specified th 4.6L only I *might* believe it... but not really!

It works because they still make the '04 Heritage that still uses a 2v 5.4L (available in bi-prep form)
