Yea I probally shouldn't complain,at least they gave me something to drive home while they put the dampner kit on,and install new clucth pack's in the LS unit. The service dept. has turned out to be really cool about the whole thing. The tech rode down the hwy. and he said that was what they had been feeling in most of the truck's. He also said the dampner would cure 80% or more of the problem, and the service manager asked me if I had been feeling a shudder in the rearend and I told him yes,so they are going to fix that also. If that is not enough,my cousin is now a salesperson there and she's going to deliver my truck back to me,and drive the FOOOCUS back.

I leased a 2000 Focus for 3 years and made my wife drive it. Holy cow! what a colossal piece of Shti! The car had 19,000 miles on it and one day it wouldn't even start. We had to tow it to the shop. That was ok though, because the guys at the shop knew us by name because we had the car in there for NINE RECALLS! I kid you not.
I sure hope Ford learned a ton from that POS. They had lots of opportunity.
So anyway I feel for you man. Going from a big beautiful F-150 to that pile of waste with a steering wheel must be utter hell.

At least you got a Ford!
Actually, I had my choice of trucks through Enterprise, who has a deal with Ford. Aside from the '04 Silverado, they had an '04 Dakota and an '04 Screw. I chose the Chevy strictly from a curiousity standpoint. I'm no longer curious and I now know why Chevy's rebates are so good!
