I pay a little over $1000 a year. Full coverage, $250 comp and $500 collision deduct. It also includes GAP coverage, which I would recommend highly. My rate is also based on me having 2 tickets. I'm with Traveler's. My suggestion to the guy moving to Michigan is get on the internet and find a comparison site and enter your information and you'll get a quote immediately from 4 or 5 companies. Just make sure you use your new address

51 years old, pleasure use, only driver with very clean record with no claims.
I don't understand that either. Canada is supposed to be one of the safest 'driving' countries in the World. I thought rates were based on claims. If claims are low and rates are high where is the money going? Somebody is getting rich off you guys up there.
