My 2003 died protecting us today

Today we had to say goodbye to our F-150. On the way to visit family, my wife hit a patch of ice, which spun the truck around, sending us down the embankment sideway and rolling over pretty violently. The roads were deceptively clear and the vehicles in front of us showed no sign of trouble. The truck is a total loss, however, my wife, two young children and myself were able to walk away, albeit sore and bruised along with some cuts from the glass. I loved that truck, but it did its duty and protected us. I have a newfound respect for my F-150.

Rollover

Sorry for the loss of your truck but it's great your family was not injured.

All the important parts were saved, Trucks are replaceable.

It's still a bummer about the truck, but you couldn't ask for more from it!

Glad everybody made it fine =)

Make sure you break off a piece of your truck to keep in the garage as memorabilia

Good job F-150!

Sorry about your truck. In that second pic, it kind of looks like a first gen Escape now.

As devastated as I'd be with my truck gone, ya can't buy a new family, and that's what's truly important. Glad you all made it out alright!
