does anyone have an image of a ford f150 with a 99-03 front bumper and a 97-98 grill?, just curious what it looks like before i do it, if it turns out correct there should be a space between the bumper and the grill to put a 32 inch LED light bar, thanks

finally got around to covering these holes, took some speaker carpet and sandwiched it between the back of the console and the old faceplate and screwed it down, came out nice but now i really don't know whether to keep them plane or to put something on them

Also, i have a question for anyone that knows anything about radios because i know very little, i swapped out my radio for a mach audio radio out of an expedition, i swapped only the radio and i have very little bass, was wondering if i did anything wrong or if i have to swap more than just the radio for the mach system

The Mach systems are accompanied with a sub woofer so the speaker channels are flatter. Usually they had door mounted amps for each individual speaker. You can get a controller to fix it but they can be pricey

looks like i might have to give up on this radio and just get an aftermarket one, and i guarantee if i get an aftermarket radio that the 6 disc changer wont work with it, unless i find a ford radio without mach that can run with the 6 disc changer, looks like im going to have to go junkyard looking, thanks for the info

Nice project.. never seen something rusted out like that before and i live in a rust belt.. Once little thing the way you fish plated your frame actually made it weeker. When fish plating you should always round corners as welds tend to crack when they have 90 degree welds. Proper fix should have been cut out bad section and weld in new, then fish plate over seams.

it is rounded on the bottom, just not on the top, the top was in good condition just not the bottom

I started and finished the driver side exhaust manifold this week, not as bad as the passenger side if you have also buy a new egr tube, hardest stud and nut to get too was behind the steering shaft

the manifold above had two big holes in it and the studs were long gone, instead of studs holding the flange to the manifold there was a small c clamp used when i bought it.

new beside the old
