Rear sway bar??

I have a 2001 F150 Scab 2wd. I have searched and searched for any info on rear sway bars and I have checked multiple sites trying to find one. On summit I found a few. I found 2 hellwig bars (1 said it was for trucks with a 4" drop), the other hellwig says it is for lightnings. I typed the part #7821 into amazon and it said that it would not fit my vehicle. The other two bars were one made by addco, and one made by belltech. I liked the hellwig bars because they were 1 1/8" instead of only 1". Any input as to which ones would work and which wouldn't? Are there any other ones out there that would work. I dont want to buy the full front/rear set of hotchkis as they are incredibly pricey. Here are the ones I found:

Hellwig 7821 (supposedly only for lightnings)
Hellwig 7856 (For use with 4 in. lowered applications using shackles and hangers.)
Addco 643 (1in diameter, says it will fit all 97-03 rwd f150s)
Belltech 5546 (same as addco)

All I have done suspension-wise at the moment is 2" drop shackles in the rear. That is as low as I plan to go.

I think that one is for 4wd only. Or is there a difference?

wondering if a 1st gen Expedition rear sway bar would fit without to much fab work. Surely someone here has already done this.

Why not just use a lightning one?

The lightning one may not come with all the hardware since it came factory with a sway bar.

I have a factory lightning sway bar on my Red 2003 Screw -3" rear drop

How do these work with custom exhaust? I have a dual exit like the Harley Davidson style. Wonder if the exhaust would interfere

Its a tight squeeze with factory exhaust on -3"

I have to say though, totally worth it, makes the whole truck feel more solid going over uneven bumps

Will a lightning sway bar and hardware work with a 4" drop along with a set of '03 lightning leafs?

It will be a tight squeeze, and you may need shorter end links to get it to be setup correctly
