yeah Id say it may be better to try and get a better offer and then buy another truck. There are still some nice 97-03s around if you look hard enough.

For one doesn't matter what your age is if the cop said it was the other guys fault by law the other guys insurance pays for you a rental and you can get a rental at any age with a license just costs more but a police report will be available at the station within 48 hours business hours of the wreck it will have other drivers insurance info you call them and give other guys info if it was his fault and they will arrange the rental

The three wrecks I was in before, no rental agency will rent a vehicle to someone under 21 (in Florida anyways)

A buddy of mine had the same issue with a rental. In the end his mother got the rental and he had to drive her van for a few weeks.

my mom wont believe me when i saw their insurance company will cover her rental haha
anyways ill figure it out..
i just hope i get offered a fair amount for my truck.
i paid 5,500 for it one year ago and put so much time and money into it

I snapped his front axel I think but it was mostly body damage
