Sorry guys I tried searching but gotta get to work. need to replace headlight bulbs. have bulbs, need a how to. I tried a search but ran outa time.

Open the hood. The top of the headlights will have two pull tabs maybe three can't remember. Pull those up and headlight slides out. Then twist the wire/bulb assembly out the back.
It also explains it in the owners manual. If you do not have one, you can download one for free from http://www.motorcraftservice.com/vdi...&menuIndex1=16.
Nice truck man, the step side version of any F150 that year looks good, builds character and makes them look pretty mean!
As for the head light bulb change, it's pretty simple. Pull the tabs up that are above the head light assemblies and the head light assemblies should just wiggle right out, then you pull out the sockets that hold the bulbs in and pull the bulbs out.
Make sure you don't contact the actual bulb when inserting the new ones, they'll likely be toast if you do.

I'm pretty sure you gotta push the tabs back first then pull up on the headlight housing, bulb is easy but be sure to be gentle on the locking tabs holding the connector. They break easy if pryed on too hard.
great info pulled it off yesterday... esay. even with a broke tabs!
went over today and pulled off the fan resister deal... kinda easy with hot skinny girlfriend helping out... she fit in there much better than fat me...
