Air ride for rear end

So the winter beater blew up and the truck is back on the road in three days. I have a question for all you out there. I haul bikes and sleds with my truck and with the lift its a pain to load everything. My thoughts are to do what the lowrider guys do but have it so it keeps the same height as the lift wen inflated, and when deflated the rear end would drop like 10 inches making it easier to lift the sleds and bikes into the back. Also for showing off purposes when nothing is in the back. I already know that i would needs 2 bags, a switch, a comporessor and companents, but what else do you think i would need. Also do you think this would be possible.

I would say its not possible with leaf springs... you would have to fab a 4 link (or something along the lines) and have the airbags alone.

what your talking aboutis helper bags and they make them so you can air them up and keep level (keeping the leaf springs) when loaded and then air down when empty

Yeah, im sure it could be done...

But 97f1504x4jim how far is your tailgate off the ground? Mine is 36" off the ground and I have no problem loading my 4wheeler up. I think it would be alot cheaper if you just got longer ramps

i dont know exact tailgate height. But i also want to do it for the cool factor. im going to look into the three links and four link setups. I would do the kelderman kit but way to much money.
