250 mirrors on 150

I just found a set of 02 f250 mirrors at a junk yard I'm picking up Monday. I'm going to attempt the swap to a 03 f150. I haven't found anyone that's done this yet so its probably going to be a pain and very time consuming but I'm gonna try it... ill try to get plenty of pics

This swap has been a pain so far. I can get the mirrors to mount but i don't know how to get the trim to match up with the door. I don't have any experience with fiberglass so i wouldn't know where to start with that.I searched for a thread to see if anyone has done the swap before but had no luck. Anyone got ideas?

i saw trim off what you don't need and leave about half an inch of where it's suppose to flow with the door and then sand it down from there so that it'll look factory.. if that makes sense lol
