Yea that SS is pretty impressive. I always try to race it when I'm in the Z but she wants no parts of that lol.

And black and red for sure. There may be nothing red inside, but that'll sure tie the interior in with the exterior.

I'm getting mine tinted once I get it replaced...been sayin that like 2 years now still haven't gotten it replaced.

Just be careful, I gotta take mine back now, because I noticed smack dead in the center where the passenger looks out is either a line of towel string, or cat fur, their probably going to be pissed when I bring it in. Only thing I have an issue with is they told me there's no warranty on overlaying since they overlaid on my brow, but it is in the middle of the passenger view few inches below the brow.

Also, went and grabbed some PB Blaster since Jake recommended it to get the seat track bolts unloosen. Worked and now the Expedition driver seat is in! I'll have pictures tomorrow.

I need to make sure I don't spend my money on the wife's car, it's her project. I told myself I'll just give her advice.

Here is the box loaded in the back, I hooked my small amp to it to test it, and it works.

Why would I get it painted?

idk, if u got those black & red seat covers (u already have the black carbon fiber dash), painted the box red, then eventually got those black rims. the interior & exterior would tie together perfect imo

*edit, but the box doesnt look smooth, so it would involve a good deal of work

Haven't got the seat covers yet. The box texture is rough like the dash. Also, what are subs suppose to sound like? Some songs just hit, and other songs biberate, and I've never actually had legit subs before.

yea that's the smilin car lol. those things r funny lookin.

and it depends on if you're lookin for SQ or SPL from your subs. with a box like that, quality is what you're gonna go for cuz ur definitely not gonna get mind blowing bass from it. you have to have an ear for the subs to tune the amp to just the right sound for that enclosure. there's really no way to help ya, cuz if you post a video its jus gonna sound like crap haha.

Yes, it smiles, wife lives it and is in process of murdering it out.

Hmm, well I've been enjoying it so far. My amp still hasn't been shipped yet, and I plan on getting JL 10w1v2's for the box.

If done completely, blacked out vehicles look so sick. My plan for my f-250 whenever I get it. JL had some good subs, had some of those 10s.. Sold em before I even hooked em up. My gf has some JL 12s in her Audi & I got a buddy wit 2 of the 13s in a SRT-4. Bi upgrade over thr MTXs

Wheels look good. The wife might paint her own wheels to save money, but it's all up to her. She is going to be doing her emblems soon, I think today she is debadging the car while I'm at work.

Also, how much of this stuff:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=120578912353

Would cover the inside of my truck? I figured, if I take out my seats and everything while putting the new amp in and what not, might as well do some sound/rattle proof.
