Finishing 2009 with a Bang.

So.... I found out that I will not be getting my lift anytime soon. My Dad says I should wait until the spring or summer and get lift wheels and tires all at the same time. So in the meantime I have some money to go towards mods. I was thinking of some LED taillights, window tint, and a new front bumper. Any suggestions for any of these or any suggestions of other mods? I want to get as many mods done as I can.

If you already have the LED tailgate bar go ahead and get the Recon tails to match them. IMO, I find it in poor taste to the trucks I see around here running the incandescent/LED combo. Doesnt match AT ALL

I dont see why you couldn't put a nice set of wheels on....if you plan to lift go with a ten inch wide wheel though i made this mistake mine are 9.5 inches and I cant fit the 38's i want.

Save the money you'd spend on all those mods for the lift, wheels, tires, and regearing. Window tint if you're really itching to burn some cash, but that's it. Too many little mods and it starts looking tacky, just my opinion.

Well I am definitely getting LED tails because I know I am getting an LED 3rd for xmas and i finally found a decent price for a front bumper and I think i can get a deal on the window tint and then from there on its saving up for the lift wheels tires and gears.

I absolutely LOVE recon products but I hate the price tag that goes with them. I just can't afford the price of their products but I found a pair of LED tails that look almost identical to recon's so tell me what ya think of em...

Lightning headlights w/corners, Depo clear fogs, HIDs, LED tails, and then paint the lower valance to match the rocker paint.

Funny you say that. I was gonna paint the lower valance when I put on a new bumper but don't know what color to paint it so I guess now is the best time to ask. Red or Silver?

Paint it to match the silver upper valance and the silver rocker panels. it will really look good.

Lightning headlights/grille/20% tint and an eyebrow on the windshield. I've got 20% tint and I'm getting an eyebrow once it warms up...I'm doing a black vynl one though, not tint. Here's a shot of the tint...just to give you an idea how much nicer it looks...I like it alot, really transforms the look of the truck it seems.
