Oh yes. I did not like the lighting at all, but now I have lights in my grille. And until recent have had two 6inch daytime running lights on my grille guard. So I dont even remember what just headlights looks like.

What kind of bulbs are you using in them that you can use them all the time. mine have 150w and are way to bright for regular driving

I have no clue. The lights in my grille are really, really bright white. I dont use them that often. The daytime driving lights were like having another set of head lights though. Not too bright at all. As far as bulbs they were just whatever they came with out of the box. Plus I had them mounted to where they did not point straight out they pointed down and out. So they werent ever in anyones eyes.

thanks. once after i graduate and have the money for a new truck i want to do a full conversion. plan on making a front and rear bumpers and either doing a long travel or maybe just a lift so i can still drive it on the road often.

ive been considering HID's ... but im not sure im sold on them. i like the light output from the lightning heads cuz its alot better than stock. my sisters heritage stx has came stock with harley heads w/out the amber piece and she has HID's and im not sure if its them or the heads but shes got real good output. my only reservation is i cant use my wig-wag's with HID's and i still like having that option now. (currently trying to come up with a stealth switch for them. thinking or fabing up rocker switch like i have for the lights and put it in the stock second cigarette lighter port

This is all I have, and it does not have the daytime running lights.

I had the daytimes right above the license plate on the right and left side.

^^True. Or a set of Wal-Mart fog/driving lights, hidden behind the grill.

And jake, if your interested, I can hook you up with a new sig to compliment the new additions to your truck....
