The first thing you want to do is get rid of those FlowBastids - there robbing you of power . The Troyer Performance site explains why in detail. I would use Magmaflows on that motor..

I was watching "trucks!" on Spike not too long ago and they installed an edge w/a nitrous tune and sprayed a 100 shot on a stock 5.4 3v, that would get you in the 14's anyhow, enough to beat most trucks and ricers. It was pretty cool as the Edge controller doubled as a nitrous controller!

Too bad it's 'vapourware' - you can't buy one.
Agreed on the FartMasters. Lose 'em.
You could do better on the intake as well.
Best bang-for-buck = TP-tuned Xcal2, 93 octane (or if you are lucky like us Ontario dudes, 94) max perf tunes.
