NEW HERE, but not really.....
What's up guys. I have been reading round here for some time and decided to go ahead and get a username. I have done some crazy **** to my truck so if you need any help, I've probably done it. the fastest time I have down is a 14.1 but two weeks ago I ran a 99.6 mph run, yet the time clocks seemed to have quit that day, I figure it was about a 13.9 or so with a 125 shot. Nice to be here!

NOS would be a great choice for your truck. My kit is a buch of kits that I had mixed into one. I started with a Cheater holley 4bbl system and replaced the plate with a single fogger nozzle. I would suggest using the wet kit because you don't have to rely on your injectors to supply the extra fuel. Nitrous works makes a wet kit for use on the 99 and up Mustangs with the returnless fuel system much like or trucks. Other things you need to purchase are a purge kit, a bottle heater/blanket, a blowdown tube if you mount the bottle inside the cab(track rules require this), and a NOS guage somewhere where it's not a pain to check. I didn't pay to have it installed, I do that stuff for a living. Look at paying 400-500 for the kit, 100 for the purge, 100 for both the bottle heater and blanket and bout 30-40 for the guage(unless you buy autometer). Seems expensive, but doing it this way cuts down on the variables that could put your truck on the rack. You don't need them, but....... If you have any questions let me know.

You and FastV6 both have the times I'm looking for...
so far with my mods I've ran a best 15.94@85.62. I've only had 7 runs though.
I sold my 5115 kit.... Andre (1bdtk) talked me out of using it cuz its dry. so now I will wait and get the NX wet EFI kit. 100hp
I'm in the process of installing electric fan right now... (don't ask), then I will get headers, then 3.73 w/ Auburn Pro differential, roller rockers.... and the list continues. those are what are next tho.
when I rebuild my engine to a 4.6 I should be in flat 13's with 100shot, maybe high 12's. rebuild is when my 4yr warranty is out tho.

When I get the time I am going to do a 4V 4.6 swap into my truck. they are available from MPS for $4,000 somplete with acc., computer, harness and tranny. I'll probably trade the tranny for modded AOD or c-6 and make the appropriate changes to the truck for it to work. Until them I'm gonna let this little V6 keep on cookin! BTW- Im nabbing one of those 4.6's for my 92 coupe too!
