Ain't that the truth, but when you take the little lady out, nothin' could be finer than cruisin' in a shiney, freshly polished F-150XLT 4x4. It looks awesome. Just don't bother cleaning it much during the winter's ha. he he he.

I love the glimmering tooth, like the male supermodel, bling bling, nice touch. Nice truck.

What kinda setup you got going for your stance? Suspension lift? what size rubber are you sporting. I can't get enough of these pictures. I'm so vain....

Black2000XLT,

I have a 3.5" Fabtech spindle lift with 1.5 block in the rear with Fabtech Shocks fronts are 3 way Adj. Then I have a 3" body lift with lift lips. Wheels are Elite (Roca) 16x8. with Goodyear Wrangler AT/S tires

Soon to come 3" Fabtech Coil & arm set !

Thats a nice looking truck there Nacho!!

TeamTrent,

I like the looks of your 99. 5"-6" suspension is a perfect lift for these trucks. My 3" body is just a hair to small for me, but adding an additional 4" suspension I think will put me a bit to high. How do you like the xterrains? Hopefully when I burn up these mudterrains, they will have the xterrains in 17" rim sizes. From what I heard those tires are great!! What kind of performance gain did you get with the 4.10s? Does it perform similar or better than it did before the lift/tires? I have the 3.73:1 in my truck and there was a noticeable decrease in performance but it isn't too bad. I don't think it would be worth upgrading to a 4.10:1 in my case.

I'm pleased with the lift. Looks good but i'm greedy now and want to go bigger. Tires, I like them. I pulled a Jeep out the other night and the grip in reverse and 4 low really bites down hard. They wear great just like my M/T's did nice and flat. Not as loud as my mud tires either. As far as the gear goes, i'll be putting in a 4.56 gear soon and should be closer to stock. My MPG has increased after the lift and tires on the hi-way. In town she can't pass the gas station. I love the way my truck turned out and alot of people seem to like it so I guess its a toy now.

Nacho, its a great looking ride!!
