Rancho 4" Lift kit w/shocks

Well 4wheelparts is offering the 4" Rancho in black with RS9000X shocks for $1991 after taxes. I'm thinking this is a pretty decent price, the same thing at autoanything.com was almost $2,600 before taxes.

What do y'all think, should I bite at this? Sale ends in two days so I gotta decide fast!

HAHAHAHA nice one Will!

I'd say do it if you are going to buy at a retail location and they have it in stock. If you're going to purchase online I would say stear clear of buying anything from them.

Why not go with a 6"? I think NTWonline had the 6" FAbtech w/ rear shocks for like $1900 shipped!

Isn't 4wheelparts the one causing everyone problems? I thought there was a thread about that a while ago.

Anyway, I think that sounds like a good price for Rancho with rs9000's. If you want it, I'd go ahead and do it.

i got over 5 inches of lift from my truck, my fenders are about 3/4" shorter than a 6" procomp. that is a good price with shocks from what i have seen. the rancho's have been going up in price since i bought mine, holy crap.

I thought that was 4wheelonline not 4wheelparts? I'm sure just about every vendor has caught some grief on here at some time or another!

I bought my lift online from 4wheelparts and didn't have any problems. Shipped very quick. Only thing was they didn't tell me that I would have to call and arrange a drop off time with the carrier. Luckily I was checking the status of my order through their website and when I put the tracking number into the R&L Carrier's website it said to call and arrange for delivery.

I think its a great lift, so go for it!

x2 go for it... If I had the funds, I would be doing that too. But just decide if you want 4 or 6 inches.... But I have also heard of a bunch of people saying the same as ATOM, they get about 5 to 5 1/2 inches of lift out of the Rancho. I think it would be a great upgrade! Hope to hear what you decide soon, Steve!

Go with the 6" lift. You'll regret it later if you dont. It will cost less too.

I have never had a problem with 4WheelParts, in fact I just bought my 35x12.50 ProComp XTreme ATs from them. I am not sure how much you will regret 3/4" of lift but the Rancho kit with the one piece sub/support frame is very well made, and I like the adjustable 9000xls. Having said that, how does the Fabtech kit compare in price? If you ever THINK you might want to go higher, then go for the Fabby. As for me, with two small kids, I shouldn't be going with the Rancho so my decision is easy.
When do you think you're pulling the trigger and installing? I am shooting for the end of the month so we'll see....!

I got my 6" Fabtech for 1500. Its nice having friends in the business.

And it sits more than 3/4" higher than the Rancho, I've parked next to a Rancho lifted truck on 35s before.

i got that much lift, now i have heard some guys got only 4, i don't know what the deal is. but when 07silverfx4 measured his truck on his procomp, 45 inches at the center of the wheel arch, my rancho was 44 3/8 inches at the front arch, that was where i was at before the bushwackers. i know colonelblue got 5 1/2 inches too. rancho lifts for the new silverado/sierra claims it 4" lift and is almost 6 on the nuts, i don't understand why they do this
