Hey guys as of now i just got laid off and my truck is in desparate need for tires like 1 is really bad and i found a set of 38's tht have like 35% tread left on them i had 37's for a while and had no issues... i have the adj coilovers on the front already cranked with the procomp and camburg upper controll arm is there a way i can clear the 38's for the mean time i know nitto run a bit small and im in dire need for tires... i was even willing to trade my xd series's in for 17's to save some money on tires... pleasse let me know if i can get away with these for the mean time

If you're able to clear the 37's fine, I don't see any major issues clearing the 38's, especially when already worn down.
