I'd go with the 6 inch Fabtech.
If you mean drive shaft, I've never, ever seen a post here about a broken drive shaft on a stock, lifted or lowered truck.

Basic Fabtech is all you need. You'll need aftermarket rims with no more than 5" of backspacing though too.

get a fabtech 6" basic kit, its a great kit with no problems.

whoever told you that your shafts will be bad angles was wrong and has never seen a truck with a lift before. Im assuming your talking about your CV shafts. they will look like they are at the factory angles once you lift it.

If you were to buy a 4" rancho and add a 2" AS spacer it will put your suspension components at a steeper angle but nothing to bad. but your best bet is to go with a 6" with some 35's.

You can get 20" wheels but they must be 5" or less backspacing to run them on your truck, so your stock wheels will not work after you lift it.

either lift will work for 35's and 20's, i'm running the rancho and its a great kit. but if the fabtech is cheap, i'd go with that and get another inch or so of lift. the ONLY way i would initially go with a rancho and a spacer is the fact i can use the stock wheels. for winter, i'm running 35x12.50's on the gay stock clad 17's, just another benefit of rancho.

Ya know I didn't see in here anywhere where you said what year/model/drive truck you had. What is it?

Well you decision is easier since no one makes a 2 inch body lift for the 04-08's.
