Hey Florida guys/gals, check this out!


This is an annual Ford (7th year)event that you will not want to miss!

I was Chapter President for 5 of them and let me tell you, once you go to one, you will return again!

We have had people from as far west as Texas and as far north as North Carolina

Daytona Beach...All Ford trucks/cars...Great hotel right on the beach...Free Happy Hour each night...Security to watch our vehicles @ night....& a Beach cruise, just to name a few things

ok well just need tofind out how strict they are with it.

looking like a 2.5 HR trip for me. But im fine with that. need to know the prices for hotel rooms and that stuff.

I'll vouch for Gator,,,met a few of the guys from that site at Hooters.. Good group of people. The other photos were awesome and it appeared to be a great family event.

GATOR, hows the beach for 2WD? I don't wanna get stuck, no matter how many lifted 4WD are there

JK Alex, you will be fine, if you look at the picture the drive area is fairly traveled it seems.

Im gonna try to make it to this event. I got my new job starting next week and ill be making a good amount of money. So i might just have to do it.

The driving area is packed good, the only issue COULD be when we back up to the sea wall.....SOOOOOO, just in case you do get stuck, we have plenty of 4wd guys to pull you out, but I really don't a problem...I have never been stuck

 

 

Bert, up early aren't ya? So I am a go, just have to reserve the hotel and post up on the "official" thread that I am coming. Gotta get the truck all cleaned up before. I only have a horn mount to fix and mud in my carpet. I can't believe how easy mud/clay water comes in under the door, it is all 4.2trimple's fault, lol.

and you think your 04-08 is bad with that. you should see the 97-03's they let mud all the way in thats just thrown off by the tires.
