Tasca auto parts?

You guys are always touting these folks. I left a part request on their online 'contact' form two days ago and have never had a reply? Is this normal. Did I go to the right place?

Ive never used them, but I would suggest calling them first and then if they dont pick up sending them an email.

I've read of more and more similar stories including myself. Must be normal. Check out f150partsguy... he is a sponsor on here and responded within two hours.

I sent them a request via their submission page and had a response about 30 minutes later. In the end I just called on the phone though because I wasn't getting real far with the message system.

Give them a call, they might be buried. I ask some of the most mundane questions looking stuff up for members with problems, and they get back the same day, or 1st thing in the AM if I ask late in the day.
When I am using the question page, I am logged into my account using the part question form, did you put this on the general question contact form ?

I used the web site 'contact us' form that asks for email, phone and vin# info plus a descripton of the part I wanted. Been 3 days now and not a peep. Sure I can email or call, but if they're going to offer a online inquiry someone should be responsible for it. It's aggravating to sit and wait and wonder why there's no reply.

I've always used discountfordparts@y2kfrd.com before with great results. Just thought I'd try Tasca cause they're always so highly spoken of. Well I tried.

Next emails will be to y2k and fordf150guy.

Domenic at Tasca Ford has always been back to me within 48-72 hours, he's a great guy to deal with... maybe there's something wrong if that's the case then just call and ask for internet pricing...

or there are other places to hit up, as mentioned above
