Got some squeaks
I got some noises going on with the front end. Since I've owned the truck I've always greased everything, even the ball joints. I use a grease gun needle to puncture the boots and fill em up. thank you ford for putting 2 grease zerks on the entire front end of my truck. These squeaks are bad though, I even loosened my sway bar end links, and shot grease inbetween each bushing. With greasing all the joints, steering, and end links, the squeaks are still there. I'm thinking something like maybe the torsion bars, but I dont know if they have bushings.

I don't know if this will help you, but I also had a couple squeeking noises when I went over large bumps or when the suspension compressed considerably and quickly. I have my truck undercoated and sprayed with Krown rust proofing every year and the fluid they spray underneath also helps to lubricate moving parts and displace water. The noises I once had are gone. Coincidence? Who knows.

ball joints? tie-rods? those look to be in good condition? maybe the sway bar bushings. could even be shocks.
i really dont see how a torsion bar could squeak. they really dont rub anything and its like a hex head on both ends that go in a matching hole. there arent bushings on them either.

Well, the ball joints themselves arent bad, I dont have play inthem, the boots are horrible cause they were never greased until I figured out they sold a needle to fil them with. I got another needle yesterday, since they break everytime I use them, so I'm going to re-grease them. Never had a problem like this before

I know what you mean. A good Silicon spray will cure it. You hit them all good , put about 10 miles on her - Hit em again. Sometimes it takes 3 or 4 repeats, but it works. Make sure you get a good silcon spray/lube, that's what it's made for. - It will say so on the can - for your squeaky rubbers.

No problem. Mine squeaked before tho - like with every roll - creak creak freakin creak... Just greaseed her each day or every other and it went away eventually - never came back.
I didn't take anything apart, just got under the truck and gave what bushings I could see + the arms a shot of that silicon stuff.
