ScanGaugeII X-Gauge Question

I just got my ScanGauge back from the factory; got the updated version of the software. (firmware?) Anyway, the parameters that I have been trying to access are CHT, TFT, GR, and FLV. I entered all of the X-Gauge codes per the ScanGauge website for Ford CANSF codes. The parameters show up in Gauge Mode but the readings are totally blank. These codes all worked in my '05 FX4 but I can't get anything to work with my '12 FX4.

Got any ideas what might be going on? I can recall all of the codes and I have triple checked them. They are correct per the website. Has Ford stopped monitoring these parameters?

CHT Cylinder Head Temp
TFT Trans Fluid Temp
GR Gear Ratio
FLV Fuel Level

OK, so let me ask this a different way since there are no responses. Is everyone's ScanGaugeII working properly with X-Gauge parameters like TFT for the '11 or '12 Ecoboost?

I'd go on a limb and say they are not supported. I don't know many people who have an EB let alone a ScanGauge, so you may be in a league of your own at the moment.

I have a scanguage in my 2010 that I have had in another vehicle from 2007. I was able to get the trans temp to work, but have not tried adding anything else.

I monitor trans, intake, and water temp always on my 2010 5.4L. Never had luck with CHT all the times I tried.

Thanks for responding! I'm trying to work through this directly with ScanGauge support right now.

I've been using the same Gauge since 2005, from gas to diesel, and back and forth two or three times. Scan had reprogrammed it at least four times. They are always helpful. I want to see boost if I get a new EcoBoost.

Boost works and so does horsepower.

Here's an update. I just took the ScanGaugeII over to my neighbor who has an '06 F150. All of the X-Gauges worked perfectly on his truck. CHT, TFT, FLV, and GR (gear). So, either my Ecoboost doesn't monitor these parameters (which I doubt) or the Ecoboost is using different PIDs.

So now I've contacted ScanGauge to let them know this additional information. I'll keep you posted as to whether they are able to get the Ecoboost reporting these pararmenters. It might take awhile for them to get their hands on an Ecoboost though . . .

I've got a scanguage II that I use in my car. How did you get it to show boost and HP? I'd like to try it out in my ecoboost F-150, and maybe I can see if those other parameters work in my F-150.

Thanks.

I'm not sure that I can totally answer your question; but here goes. First of all, I sent my ScanGaugeII back to the factory for a software (firmware?) update. It is now version 4.02. When I plugged it into my Ecoboost, HP and BST were immediately available. I'm guessing it is a function of the software upgrade ($25) but IS just a guess. If you can't get HP and BST on your ecoboost, then it is probably a function of the upgrade.
