Well as some of you know, I ordered a 2012' Raptor fuly loaded, graphics, blue accent interior, Oxford White, and already have plenty of plans in store for her! Loved the Platinum and hope it ends up going to someone who will enjoy the all living hell out of it as I only enjoyed putting a lousy 16k on her.... Gonna go for the completely opp on the Raptor and Stormtropper the hell out of her! Regaurdless, Bigblack will be missed and as of this past weekend here is how she will be leaving my hands looking after jsut under a 3 year period of time.







If anyone has interest in the truck I can provide the contact info to the dealer it will be ending up at if anyone on the forum is interested in it. Just waiting in the VIN# to be issued so I can legally "Trade" it to the dealership. Truck has 15.5k miles, and is in perfect condition.

Now onward to making one beast of a Raptor

 

That lousy 16 could finish up my truck payment haha.

When he said 'lousy 16', he wasn't talking about $16k put into the truck. He meant it only has 16,000 miles on it. I wouldn't be surprised if he has more than $16k in mods on it, seeing as how I have almost $11k on mine.

 

so what's new for the 2012 Raptor

 

Its hard to part with a truck you put that much work into, I feel guilty selling my 01, sometimes I wish I kept her.

 

You won't even think about her once you step into the Raptor!

I was speaking of 16k in mileage, I have had my receipts pulled on my truck from the shop I use and I refuse to speak of money that has gone into it Wouldn't change it for the world, this was one women I enjoyed spending the money on and never had to hear about or put up with any chit

I know I will love the Raptor and I know I won't miss a lot about my current truck, but I will miss what I created. FRF is nice and all but I will probably hangout here under a new name and spread my BS throughout the Raptor section, FRF is a different kind of monster

The truck can be yours im sure very, very cheap if you wanted to visit the dealership about it. Pull your mods on your current truck, sale them, trade it in and profit. I dunno I would just like to see someone get it off the boards, and not some kid who will destroy it. 16k miles, zero issues. You wouldn't have to ever think of doing another mod, altho, I would wanna see someone put 40's on it. They do fit, just hope the belts in the tires you get when they go on don't all bust after 4 miles.

FRF is a very different kind of monster It's one of the dirtiest-everything goes forums on the net and I love it!

Since 10-11 where the same, I bet 12-13 will be the same. SVT seems to do minor changes every 2 years to liven things up; past 2013 though who knows what form the Raptor will take since 2014-2015 is the rumored F150 model make over. Beyond that who knows what life holds for the Raptor, a lot of folks think it will make it to the next model since its such a hot item. I'd jump on a 2012 and never look back!

 

ya thats what i'am thinking. i tried to be sensible and get a Fx4 but every time i see a raptor i want one even more.i just moved in aug and now i see one everyday as the guy across the street has 10
