Just got them back yesterday. They look even better in person. Hopefully will be able to get them installed tonight and post some pics up within the next day or two depending on the darn midwestern weather.

Dought the fogs can be done. I wanted him to do my stock sportster 1200 headlight( 5 3/4") and he said it wasn't deep enough, needed atleast 6" depth. <- sounds bad. Lol

We've discussed it before and, at the time, it didn't seem like it'd be a problem. Heck, there might be 6" of depth there anyways!

There is plenty of room behind them though, so he may be able to retrofit something in there that sticks out the back a bit more. On the Sporty you would be limited in how far back it could go because of everything behind it.

However, I can't justify the $400+ to do it at this point.
Me neither and the closest thing to a stock headlight is this which I'm gonna go with.

If you put HID bulbs in that housing it will be almost as bad as putting them in the stock headlight housing. Those "projector" housings are not designed for HID lights and will not have the cutoff that a true HID projector does.

So where can I find some true projector housings for HID bulbs? And have halo's?

Take some advise from someone that did this with those housings DO NOT put a HID light in them. There is NO cut-off shield in them at all..only a lens in the front of a halogen bulb. The glare from these is far worse that the stock housings.

j.walton has it correct.....save your money and have a proper retrofit done.

Depends on what you have done. you can go mild, basic. Get with sickhids.com for prices. Brian is excellent!
