Ok so here are some pix of I assume poonjahb's lights. Brian threw a red ring in real quick for me to get a Idea of how it would look. Here they go

I still half to wait on a pic of them with a black bowl to know what I will be getting. In the above pix, there is a halo around the projector but it isnt lit up. On the finished product it will have a white halo with the red in the back ground when the parking/ running lights are on.

update with pix

I have had several conversations with Brian about what looks good and what I want. I was going to go with the red ring but after thinking about it I didnt want to be committed to that color scene my truck had no other red on it. So as of now I am doing a black housing with lightly smoked lends, black bowl with chrome turn signal bowl. I will have a vented shroud with a white ring behind it that lights up firing out the front of behind the shroud. I am not sure if I will have a halo around the projector, depends on how it effects the light from behind the shroud. He has sent me some pix of different stuff to get me thinking and explore different ideas. Here are afew.

Waiting on some updated pix on my exact order.

I'm guessing Brian must be swamped with orders. He told me 4 week turnaround and he's had my lights since the 18th of October. I'm sure they'll be worth the wait, but wanted to give a heads up to anyone else thinking about doing it that it might take a while.

Well, evidently it took Brian a bit longer than he thought to get the 7" CCFL bulbs for my lights, but he just finished them up and they look great. Some pics attached for everyone to see. Also he posted a video on youtube of the bench testing.

Youtube

He said he should be able to get them shipped out Monday or Tuesday, so I will post up some pics in the next couple of weeks after I have a chance to install them.

What diameter size are the rings around the headlight reflector and turn signal reflector?

How do they work?....... answer from Brian! I will probably be adding them to mine!

The projectors are just "projector faces" (front bezel, lens, trim ring)....... accepts your OEM (or any) 3157 park/signal bulb.

The CCFLs with have a wire tail (as well as the LEDs in shrouds) that require 12vdc (I'll include "squeeze tap" connectors to make "tapping" power from parking lights or other 12vdc source super easy).

Just got off the phone with Brian, the turn signal projector is a real projector lends that has been cut to work in that setting. He said in the video posted above the turn signal bulb was a stock amber light, and you could not see any amber color when the light was not on, which solves the egg yoke look from the stock lights. I am having him put them on my lights. So my lights will be a black housing with a smoked lends, blacked out side marker with V-led amber flank bulbs, 8000K HI/Low projector driving lights with a vented shroud with white light firing out of the vents( no angel eye), and a projector turn signal with no angel eye. I will get the V-Led switchbacks is 6000k to match the 6000k lighting behind the shroud. Hopefully it shouldnt take too many more weeks. lol I am sure they will be worth the wait though!
