Question MAGNAFLOW or FLOWMASTER

Alright guys tommorow im getting an catback exhaust and the guy whos doing it says he will charge the same price for either....So which is better???

Help the guy out. If you're going to tell him to search, you better tell every damn person who is asking about the Rize lately to do a damn search.

Depends on what you're looking for. .

Magnaflow = Performance
Flowmaster = Sound

Personally, I like the sound of true dual Flowmasters much better than Magnaflows.

thats why im tring to get the RBP mufflers.....perofmrance of magnaflow but sound of flowmasters...

they dont have the muffler on their site yet......but they sent me a entire box full of free stuff just cause i was so interested in their company haha free stickers...shirt....hat....beer koozie haha.

Magnaflows are for us "older" boys that still want a little sound...

Flowmasters have a sweet sound just to much for me.

The Flowmaster DI/DO 50 series has a real nice tone but when I had mine done I think I lost a little power on the bottom end.

Agreed 100%... plus, I'd have to say that I wanted the low-end torque to gain or at least stay the same. That's definitely a 'con' with the Flowmasters....

I'm 110% pleased with my Magnaflow SISO.

I'd always go with a stainless exhaust which=Magnaflow. Especially if you plan on keeping your truck for awhile.

i have the SI/DO Flowbastard 40 out the rear going into 4'' slash cut SS tips and i love the sound..

reason i mention tip size and cut type is because that effects sound..
