wheels spacing!!!

I have a 2009 f150 platinum with a 3in leveling kit in the front and stock in the rear.. I'm looking at getting some fuel wheels and when it comes to backspacing and offsets I have no clue what I'm doing except that I can screw something up really quick. The ones I found are +1 offset with like a 5" backspacing and I'm wondering where that's gonna set the wheels there 20x9's and also what's the factory offset. What offset would y'all recommend thanks guys in advanced!

Do you want the wheels to stick out a lot, a little, sit flush, or be as close to stock as possible?

You need to stick to 5 to 5.5" of BS on a 9" wheels in order to clear 35s. If you want them to stick out a good bit (5" BS and less), they won't fit cause they're too big. You might be able to get away with 35s and those wheel specs you listed, but expect a good amount of trimming, if you haven't had to already if the 35s are on the truck now.

Stock wheels have 6" of BS.

I wouldn't want them to sit out no more than half an inch. So would my best bet be a 5.5 bs?

I'd say 5.5" BS would be best, but I don't know that Fuel makes any 20" wheels with those specs. Those 5" ones aren't gonna be terrible either though.

I have 10.8" wide tires on 5.5" BS 20x8.5s and the tires stick out roughly a half inch to an inch in the front.

Stay with positive offset, up to a +20 at max, the +1 wheels should clear things alright but they will be out about 1.5".

The stock 20's are 8.5 inches wide with a +44 offset or close to a 6.5 inch backspace. A 9 inch wheel with a close to a +25 offset or 6 inch backspace should work. These will stick out about 1" more then stock and should give clearance so the tires can clear the lower wheelwell's in the front when making hard turn's.
