Tires
I got a question for you guys. I am looking at new tires and my 4 choices are, Nitto Trail Grappler (305/55/20), Cooper stt (33x12.50x20), Cooper zeon ltz (305/55/20), wrangler duratracs (305/55/20)?? whats yalls opinions? I do mostly highway driving/in town and light offroad. I also pull a 17ft key west so i need something that will grip the boat landing good and Is also good in wet conditions. I want a true 33 and I have heard the cooper stts arent very true?? thanks for yalls help!!

I looked at all of those and ended up going with the duratrack, mostly on looks. I have been very impressed with how quiet they are, and they ride real nice. Haven't been on the boat ramp yet, but have had no traction issues at all. Wet traction and braking has also been very good as well. My tire guy had a lot of good things to say about the coopers, but nothing was mentioned about true size. Seems like everyone has the trail graps, and I suppose there's good reason for that as well. Can't post the link as I'm on my phone, but if you check out page 3 of "my next move" in the exhaust forum, you can check out my vid and see what those Duratracks sound like. All good tires you're lookin at, I'd imagine it's gonna come down to price and appearance.
True as in size? I never actually measured now that ya mention it! If you mean true as in straight, they go nice and straight down the road. I did get an alignment after they were installed. I got them a week or so befor Easter, so not long enough to see any kind of wear.
My duratracs measure to spec with the proper rim width. When the tires were on my stock rims they were a lil taller and narrower

Interested in the Dratracs as well for my new purchase....
I have had the Trails and they were great, but I want something a little more hwy friendly!
I was debating the Cooper Zeon LTZ's as well....but wanted a little more aggressive look, so thats when I started leaning towards the Duratracs.

Ive had the Duratracs for almost 3 years and look brand new. Offroad they are excellent! They keep up with any mud tire Ive run but they really shine in gravel/loose roads. My camp road is is about 35 miles of gravel dirt road and the truck stays planted at 55 mph with no loss in confidence.

I havent had any rocks get stuck in the lug that I needed to take out or get annoyed by the tapping going down the road
