Talking New BFG All Terrains on my 05 FX4

I got some new 325/65/18 BFG TA/KO from Discount Tire in Little Elm TX for $295 a tire.
I wanted to first share the price I paid for them. I will post pics of the tires on my truck when I get them mounted later. They wanted to charge me a lot of fees to mount.

First time I have bought new tires for this truck so I am really excited to put them on.

you should have went to a autherized tire shop from discount tire, you get a way cheaper price that way then if you just went to the tire shop.

What do you mean authorized?

It was a Discount tire with red signs and awnings lol.
And I saved $70 a tire.

Something to look in to ,if you have a Ford dealer you get along with , try the Qiick Lane. They charge 29.95 to mount and balance 4 tires . They say they are just supposed to tires they sell but they are real good about doing it . I use them for oil changes and I get along great with them , worth a try.

I definitely will!!
I was told I might have my truck back today from the shop working on the 4x4.
So I might have the pics up tomorrow.

I know I had some trouble finding all the answers and had to look on other sites.

All will be stock except for the canned tunes on my edge and changing my tire size on there. I figure I will start from that and make any changes I need. It isn't my daily driver so I can afford to take it slow.

You putting them on the stock rims?

Thats a pretty big tire and if going on aftermarket rims, wheel offset will be important!!

I went with 315/70/17's and I cleared with a 17x9 rim with +30 offset. Any larger tire and i would have definitely rubbed.
