I bought mine from http://www.4wheelonline.com but i DO NOT recommend this site at all. I got my tires 35X12.50R20LT for $380 each and FREE shipping, compared to 4wheelparts at $432 a tire. The price has gone up since i ordered mine though. That site is the worst for communication back to the customer.
Check with America's tire/Discount Tire if there's one in your area. They have great prices and i found out they offer warranties.

Hey thanks guys, I found them on another site for $1300 with free shipping! Not a bad deal neither. Just need to save up now for them. Not sure how much I'll get for my 33's All Terrains with probably 40 to 50% thread left?
The 37's are not D.O.T. approved. If you have a friend in the business you might be able to get a hold of them.
With that said, if you got into a car crash get ready to get sued and have your insurance drop you. The tires say "for racing only" on the side or something similar if I remember right.

While I have never used them, I too think its a great looking tyre. Because of that, I've tried to do my homework on them as well. Everything I've seen on them, be it the Internet or any other tyre test, indicates that they're not very good in wet/rain and borderline useless in snow; especially ice or winter roads. Keep in mind, unlike most hybrid tyres out today, this is a very purpose built tyre...and that purpose is the desert!
