Anyone try these Gorilla locking nuts?

Looks like it uses the same key as mine. If I wanted to I could go a rim stealing rampage on the three sets of lug nuts I own. Just on my street I could get 2 with the same key I use for my truck. I wouldn't get them.

I use the same exact ones, except i was stupid and tightened them at 120 lbs. DONT DO THIS! You will crack your key. Just snug em up, no one can get them off, trust me.

The owners manual says to torque the lug nuts to 150 ft-lbs.

lug nuts not keys, i worked at discount tire and we only snug the locks down with the impact using a torque stick, and then we torque down the regular lug nuts

So how does the lock nut stay on? And what torque should it be tightened?

you just tighten it up and torque them down to about 85-90 ft lbs, so not very tight at all, a little more than snug

Discount tire is not trustworthy. All lug nuts should be torqued down to spec, if it breaks then the product is ****.
