Chrome 20 questions

Hello everybody, I am currently thinking about buying some chrome 20 in. rims with some 35 in. tires. Here are some of the models I am choosing from. They mostly have an offset of +30mm. DOes that mean they will stick out or what. I want them to look wide but barely stick out. I want some all-terrain tires or something aggressive but kinda cheap. any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks

MP207 20x8.5 6-135/139.7 +30mm

Ion 198 20x8.5 6-135 +30mm

Detroit 885 20X9 6-135 +30mm

DIP D04 20x8.5 6-135 +25mm

The +30 will stick in like your factory wheels do. IMO it will look bad. Is your truck lifted or at factory height? I would try getting at least a +18 offset. The wheels you're looking at are made for a 2wd street scene truck.

I have a 2 1/2 daystar level kit right now. so the lower the offset the farther it will stick out.
Will the 35x12.5 fit on any of these or not?
Here is my pickup:

IMO all those wheels won't look right on your truck.

You will be able to fit 35's on your factory's, but it depends what the bs is on the aftermarket. If you get a +30 offset I believe they will fit, but will stick in. When you have a lifted truck you don't want the wheels sticking that far in. It won't handle as good in turns. I believe it would look better with 20's and 33's that way you can get around a -12 offset wheel that will look really good.
Here's a picture of my truck with factory wheels. See how goofy it looks being so narrow?

ya i see that, but i like the way my 18s just barely stick out of the flares. just enough to make the mud on the outside of them.

My truck isn't lifted as high and I dont plan to. I just want filled fenders and aggressive tires to get me out of mud if I'm in it. As long as they don't rub.

Have you ever seen the truck that has the roush rims and big tires? Do you like the way that looks or not?

Now that I think about it a guy around here use to have a truck identical to mine with 2.5" leveling kit, 20" Eagle wheels and 33" Toyo MT's and it looked pretty good. I'm not sure how much room he had if 35's would have fit.

There was a guy at the gym that had the roush front and bear bumpers with 20's and 33's. By the looks of it I don't think 35's will fit.

All of those wheels look too "street" IMO. They would all look better on a lowered truck.

I want to have something a little different than everyone else. So I would have to go with like 33s or something?

I like the look of the plainer style chrome. Most of the other ones have too much going on for me.

I just noticed on the last wheel you have posted it's a 5 lug wheel. Usually the 6 lug will have 6 bars so it may look a little different. I'm not 100% a 35 won't fit, but if it does you will have to do some trimming and they'll probably still rub.

Ok even these have a +30mm offset. I don't understand, these are like the knockoff of rockstars. Will these "stick in"?

It's been a while since I looked at many street scene wheels so I'm not really sure. I would say go with some kind 6 bar wheel. I prefer an offroad wheel on a 4wd so my taste will be different than yours.
