Question new monster rims wont balance??

i got my rims put on monday and they wont balance on the original tires. the machine says they are but they still wobble. not horrible but bad enough. the shop told me the tires were probably to narrow or the side wall is to tight?? anybody know or had this problem?? he recomended new tires. i've balanced them twice and aligned it

i'm taking them to another place tomorrow and hope they can balance them. if not i might be buy new tires. I dont believe the rims are bent. that was my only other guess. the tires are extremely stiff. even at 28 psi.

The mfr. website says they're mountable on up to 9" wide rims, so that's BS (assuming you're talking about BFG All-Terrain T/A KOs). They should fit and balance just fine, unless you got bad wheels or they were damaged in shipping.

Pretty sure you mean 32-11-18. Either way, it should fit.

if the rims are new then its highly unlikely they are bent ... next the sidewall too tight sounds like they are BSin ya . second tell them to make sure the wheel is aligned on the machine ... a wobble could come from not be on the machine right or any kind of flat spot , broken belt , or just an OOR tire ...

well thanks everyone i went to the best place locally and they took off the sticky weights and put some on the back of the rims and rebalanced them. the front was off 5 oz and the back left 4.5. it still bouncing though just not near as bad thank god. :/..but the guy told me from the road force test and another one i can't remember i have really bad heavy spots on the tires and going to a wider rim i'm driving on them now. guess it's good to know it's not the rims and well guess i'm getting new tires sooner than expected
