Rancho lift, what offset/backspacing

Cool Rancho lift, what offset/backspacing

Installing the lift on monday need to order some rims im looking at the XD Spy's in an 18x9. The 18x9 has a -12mm offset and 4.5" of backspacing, or the 18x8.5 has a +18mm offset and a 5.5" of backspacing. Im going to be installing flares so im thinkin the -12 offset would look the best, whats everyones opinion...

-12mm it is cant wait actually starting the lift tomorrow!! will post pics when done
