39's+ on 22's.

Hi everyone, i just joined an am new to the site. Was just wondering what everyones oppinion an thoughts were on putting 22's on 39's or 42's ? Currently have a 12" lift on my 05 f150 with 20's on 35's. Was also wondering what width would be best, was thinking 13.5 an up. Could anyone suggest some rims for this size since i have not been able to find any. Thank you.

Got pics of this beast? What kinda lift? Gears?

I guy here was running 41inch Iroks and was eating tie rods every month he said. He got sick and tired of it and bought another truck. Also i wouldnt go anything over 40s unless you are doing an sas on it.

Did the 12" rize. Was thinking about the KMX DIESEL 22x11" rims with either toyo open country or nitto tires 40/15.50R22.

Without a doubt, if I was building a show truck, it would be built around the 40x15.50-22 Toyo MT. As for rims, I like a lot of the KMC XD series.

Good luck trying to get the Diesels to fit an F150. I have a set which started to have minor pitting about 3 months after I bought them. It's been over a year and still have not been able to get a new set. Have tried 4 different local places and 3 places online to make sure I wasn't being lied to and was told by all of them the 22x11 -25 offset was on back order for the F-150. These wheels didn't sell much because of the high offset. When I had 6" lift with 35's I had to do minor trimming.

Hmm ic your point, would it be easier to get the 20" rims rather than the 22's ? or are they all the same. Love those rims and could not see my truck with any others now haha.
