i have 98 f150 2wd with the rough country coil springs (leveling kit) on it and two inch blocks. what size tires should i get?
i've heard 265;75;16 which is a 31.7 10.50
i think i can go a little bigger.

Yes 285's will fit.
The truck in my signature is a 2wd 98 f150. I have no issues with them at all. The truck isnt lifted/leveled or anything. I think you will like the look of 285's, because I know I did. Looks like a completely different truck.

Yes, you can fit 285/75-16's or 285/70-17 on a stock 97-03 4x2 by using the OEM wheels. However, it's a tight fit and the wheelwells appear too stuffed in my opinion. I wouldn't go that large without at least a leveling kit.
Wandell is right. It fills up the wheel wells alot but it makes the truck look meaner in my opinion. If you want to know what a 285 mud terrain looks like on a stock height 4x2 just go to my album because you can see really well how much that the 285's fill up the wheel well. I have had the truck like that for a year now and thats with a mud terrain. Your all terrains wont be near as nobby so I doubt you will have any issues either.
